Payment:

1. Full payment should be paid /transferred to our bank account maximum on the Expiration Date as mentioned in the quotation and during office hour time.
 

2. Breach to this time frame and or booking takes place less than 48 hrs in prior of rental date, may costs a "Last Minute

Booking fee" in amount as equal as 5% from total rental amount or in minimum of IDR 150.000.
 

3. Further to article #2, prices may subjected to change without notice.
 

4. Discount can be applied for rental length more than 3 days in consecutive in this following rate:

• a. Rental 1 – 3 days: No Discount

• b. Rental 4 days: 10%

• c. Rental 5 days: 15%

• d. Rental 6 days: 30%

• e. Rental 7 – 20 days: 40%

• f. Rental 21 – 30 days: 45%

• g. More than 30 days: Contact us for further discount.
   

5. Discount valid only for the equipments. Crew / Guard and Transport remains counted in actual rental length.
 

6. Last minute cancellation or change of schedule (D-1 or less) is subjected to a Cancellation Fee in amount of 50% total payment or in Min. of IDR 500,000
 

7. Cancellation upon the D-day is subjected to a cancellation fee in amount of the total rental amount.
 

8. Transfer Fee that arises are at customer’s account.
 

 

Guarantee Fee:

1. For Rental that doesn’t involve Crew / Guard attendance may subjected to a Guarantee Fee.
 

2. The amount will be determined in a separate quotation after the involved equipments are determined.
 

3. The Guarantee fee should be transferred along with the rental payment and will be refunded with no deduction unless a damage or loss occur and or for Transfer Fee purpose.
 

4. Client is responsible for any missing, broken, damaged part of the equipment during the rental period that caused by customer’s act. Should damage or loss incur, client agrees to replace the involved equipment as accordingly. Further

discussion will be conducted by Movie Studio Bali to determine the amount.
 

5. In particular of Light bulbs, customer’s responsibility will be as follows:

• a. Tungsten / Fresnel bulbs; 100% responsibility.

• b. HMI bulb; 50% responsibility.

• c. LED bulb / panel; 100% responsibility.
  
   

Crew / Guard:

1. For rental that involves Guard(s) / Crew(s) attendance, Fee will be shown in the quotation.

2. Crew valid for Max. 12 hrs, starts when they leave the office / basecamp.

​

3. Additional Overtime Fee and Allowance may applies should longer working hours occur or when crew has to stayover

in this following calculation:

• Overtime per hour: 12% from 12Hrs work fee (*)

• Allowance for overstay per night:
  i. IDR 100,000 (for Bali Area)
  ii. IDR 200,000 (for Outside Bali)
  iii. IDR 1.000,000 (for Abroad)

• (*) Overtime Fee counted only for longer working hours and not for the overstay.
   

4. Meals, snacks, beverages, Health Certificates and accommodation are not included in Guard / Transport Fee and are at customer’s expenses.

5. No weather contingency for Crew and Equipments.

Transport:

1. Should the rental requires transport, the fee will also be shown in the quotation.

​

2. Transport stands by for Max. of 12Hrs, starts when they leave the office / basecamp.

​

3. Additional Overtime Fee and Allowance may applies should longer working hours occur or when Transport has to

stayover in this following calculation:

• Overtime per hour: 12% from 12Hrs work fee (*)

• Allowance for overstay per night:

  i.  IDR 100,000 (for Bali Area)

  ii. IDR 200,000 (for Outside Bali)

• (*) Overtime Fee counted only for longer working hours and not for the overstay.

Equipment Handling:

1. Prelight situation (equipments collected 1 day prior of shooting):

• Lighting equipments collected after 3 PM and not operated are considerably FOC. Yet, in case of early collection before 3 PM and the lighting equipments are operated in a prelight session, equipments will be charge in amount of 50% from the normal rental.

• For Camera, Dolly, Generator and Jib will be charged in full 100%.

• Crew / Guard and transport fee will be charged in full amount.

2. Inter-region shooting location, with more than 2 day of travel, and with more than 2 shooting days, will be given

discount in amount of 1 day. This discount stands only for equipments. Crew and Transport still calculated in full days amount.

3. Client are fully responsible to take good care of our equipment during rental, any loss or damage of the equipment will be charge or replace according to agreement, and its responsible by client.

Documentations Require:

1. Client agrees to sign Rental Agreement and provide this following document as a guarantee and to secure the equipment:

• For Company: Copy of company document such as, NPWP, TDP, SIUP/IUP, Akte Perusahaan and or personal ID

• For Personal, must provide 3 original documents which refer from these following documents:

• Original Passport (Mandatory for foreigners)

• KTP (Mandatory for locals)

• Kartu Keluarga (Household ID Card)

• Driving Lisence

• STNK (Vehicle Clearance Document)

• NPWP (Tax Report Card)

• BPJS (Health Insurance Card)

• Kartu Mahasiswa (Student ID Card)

• Client agrees to be full responsibility of our equipment

2. Client is subjected to Bow and Respect this Terms and Conditions as an Official Rental Agreement between MSB and Client.

3. Prices is subjected to change without prior notice, unless, client paid the full rental amount before the time frame as mentioned in Chapter “Payment”, Article #1

​

4. Movie Studio Bali is rental equipment agent only and has nothing to do with permit or any relations regrading permit of the shooting, all related to the permissions or visas will be fully responsible by client.

5. Client fully understands to respect our Terms and Condition as mention above.

​

6. This Quotation will comes to active only after the rentee paid the deposit or total amount as mentioned in Chapter

“Payment”, Article #1.
